MacMurrough Farm Hostel 83%
This place is like heaven on earth! So cosy! It really feels like home. The whole evening I talked with the other guests in the great living area. THe owners are also very helpfull: when we couldn't find the place, the owner showed us the way. Absolutely fabulous!!!

– posted on Sep 2008 7There's not much to see in New Ross, and this hostel is WAY off the beaten track up a tiny, dilapidated road far away from the center of town. Also, our room and beds all smelled of wet dog.

Take away & eat in options are on offer.
An Italian restaurant centrally located on New Ross' South Street, which is the main street in the town. Very busy restaurant most nights of the week. Food is good and it is very very cheap! You would need to book in advance to be guaranteed a table. They do take away as well if you don't fancy going out!
