“ India House was what I thought it would be: cool place a little out of the way but worth staying at if you are a hostel person. My only real complaint was that the shower wasn't that nice, kinda old, and falling apart. If you are used to european hostels like me, it won't be the nicest you've... more ”

“ Nice hotel(consisting in several houses), a bit far away from the center though (the tram stop is two blocks away, 1,25 $ the ride). The matrass is definitely the toughest thing, facilities are okay. Staff welcoming ”

“ Don't go there to rest. The main building has character (used to be a brothel), but the room are not really 'clean': holes in walls, need a paint job, uncomfy beds. Great staff however; lots of fun and awesome hostel to meet interesting people. 5-10 minutes streetcar ride to the French Quarter ”

“ Such a lovely place! Spacious, loads of communal areas and the pool was such a tonic in the heat. It's a great place to meet people and the staff are lovely. It does take a streetcar ride out of town to get there though. All-in-all I would definitely this hostel to anyone. ”
