   We've just been all over Europe but this was the nicest room we've had, for the best price! I'm not sure if the owner upgraded us to be nice but we booked a double room and got a huge cottage with lounge, kitchen, double and single bed and a bathroom. It was immaculate, huge, cosy and romantic....

2. NewGrange Lodge 91%      

   By far the most beautiful hostel (and hotel) I've ever stayed at. I thought I was in the wrong place. Comfortable, cozy, very clean, lots of space to hang out. Bring food - there's NOTHING within walking distance (and roads are narrow and scary).

   This was an AMAZING hostel... it looked like a fancy 5 star hotel that had added a couple hostel rooms. It wouldn't be ideal for much else then seeing the newgrange area and the buirlial mounds but thats what we were doing so it was GREAT!!!

3. The Green Door Hostel 74%      

   Ok, it could be worse, but it's not that this is a cosy, clean hostel. THe beds were all right and the staff was very friendly and helpfull! The women at the reception desk even helped us carry our (heavy) bags upstairs. But the bathroom is not clean at all and the kitchen isn't tidy either. Good...
