When I checked in, the guy checking me in kept watching TV and acted as if I was a burden when I asked him to give me my room key as I was tired and wanted to rest. Also, the tour they work with, Abyss Tours, was very pushy in trying to get us to hire their personal car and driver instead of buying tickets on the public train.close

Sun City offers free pick-up service from the airport, a 40 minute drive away from their hotel. I was arriving from Agra by train and asked them to pick me up at the train station instead, which is a 10 minute drive away from their hotel. They refused, saying their offer for free pick-up was... more Sun City offers free pick-up service from the airport, a 40 minute drive away from their hotel. I was arriving from Agra by train and asked them to pick me up at the train station instead, which is a 10 minute drive away from their hotel. They refused, saying their offer for free pick-up was from the airport only. When I got to the train station, I had to put up with a bunch of touts who were literally pushing and shoving each other, and me in the process, trying to get me into their taxis. When I checked in at Sun City Hotel around midnight, the unfriendly man at the reception desk told me their hotel was full. He told me I had to go to another hotel, Pablas International Hotel. I walked over to that hotel and stayed there even though they didn't have a portable room heater (it was 40 degrees Farenheit outside). The next morning, Pablas Hotel told me I had to pay more since their hotel cost more than Sun City. I told them I booked a room with Sun City and told them if they wanted more money, they would have to get it from Sun City. A loud argument ensued. I left without paying anything extra. I will never stay at Sun City, or Pablas Hotel again.close

Good hotel, better than indian average, but staff not very kind. Nice Delhi area, next to metro station. Nice and confortable rooms.
