Very pleased with the service provided by the staff, esp the travel/tours dept. hotel is very well-maintained. keep up the good work! other pts we would like to share- our room was next to janitor's room..was a bit noisy at times. breakfast spread was good just need variety.

It was really good choice! We have spent there one night, and later we came back there two times more! Really good food, very comfortable rooms, professional and nice staff. hardly recommended!!! And you can check your mails, order taxi, eat great dishes in the restaurant and... feel good...

When we arrived, the hotel hadn't reserved a room for us. They said that we were a "low priority" and that we had been bumped from our room. They brought us to their "sister hotel" the Goodwin, and gave us a cheaper room. When I demanded the money back for my deposit, they... more When we arrived, the hotel hadn't reserved a room for us. They said that we were a "low priority" and that we had been bumped from our room. They brought us to their "sister hotel" the Goodwin, and gave us a cheaper room. When I demanded the money back for my deposit, they told us that the cheaper room saved us the money from the deposit. I argued, but tehy wouldn't relent. I felt cheated (because I was).close

This Hotel is clean and comfortable but the incompetence of the staff let it down. Whilst some were friendly, they lacked the professionalism to get our bill correct and tried to overcharge us before accusing us of trying to Con them! Clean, nice, comfortable in the messy Paharganj area. Walking distance to the New Delhi railway station. Laundry service ok, but we got a lot of clothes back damp and a white t-shirt back with not so pretty black stripes. Also, do a print out of your hosteworld booking; sometimes want to charge regular rates which are a lot higher. Still. A very good place and an oasis after walking the streets of Delhi.close

The hotel forgot to include the already paid deposit, which means we paid the whole stay in full when we left. It was early in the morning, so did not notice until after we had left the city. The hotel is superb when it comes to standard, and has nice food. Better than many of its closeby hotels... more The hotel forgot to include the already paid deposit, which means we paid the whole stay in full when we left. It was early in the morning, so did not notice until after we had left the city. The hotel is superb when it comes to standard, and has nice food. Better than many of its closeby hotels (like Ajanta, much talked about in Lonely Planet; gave me the Dehli belly), but is located in a rather dodgy area. Taxi back and forth might be a good idea.close

Ladrones! Nos robaron, cualquier opcion es mejor que este hotel en Delhi. Tienen una mafia con los taxistas para que no te lleven al aeropuerto si no les pagas un plus. Evitarlo a toda costa, no es broma, mochileros mucho cuidado aprovechan que no llevas grupo o gente detras para robarte, no... more Ladrones!
