This was the worse hotel stay I had whilst in india and I think that for the dishonesty of its staff it should be de-listed from hostelworld since it does not look good on you guys. The free pick-up they offer wanted to take us to another hotel. When after insisiting we had a confirmed booking... more This was the worse hotel stay I had whilst in india and I think that for the dishonesty of its staff it should be de-listed from hostelworld since it does not look good on you guys. The free pick-up they offer wanted to take us to another hotel. When after insisiting we had a confirmed booking the hotel staff still wanted to send us somewhere else (2 girls at 11 pm!!!!). They did not take into consideration our deposit on checkkin out and the room they put us in was below the standards booked and had no window. In all a real SCAM!close

You can get just as good for half the price only 2 minutes walk away. The room we had was nothing special and very noisy. The room they moved us to after we complained was just as noisy. They had free wi-fi and the breakfast was very good

nice hotel... nothing fancy... we found a much nicer guest house in South Delhi in the same price range.

on our 2 wk journey, your hotel was one of the more expensive we stayed in, however it lacked a lot compared to cheaper hotels in jodphur, Jaipur, Agra and varanasi. On the plus side, airport pick up was very helpful, on travel desk in the morning was also very good.
