Very well located hotel, airport pickup was efficient,staff friendly and helping. Conveyance was easy at all hours of the day, clean place.I found hotel to be good value for money.

The place is a dive. Whatever else their review is, it's definately a work of fiction. Dirty rooms, no hot water, rude staff and about as much personality as the rubbish on the street. We were greeted with a curt 'passports!' and an attempt to charge us an exorbitant price. Better off trying...

Really disappointed by hostel. Last night on a fantastic 3 week holiday. Hostel didn't have our booking and receptionist unhelpful. Had room with shared bathroom left but wanted to charge us more than room with bathroom. We had stayed in basic rooms throughout India but the room was awful.... more Really disappointed by hostel. We had stayed in basic rooms throughout India but the room was awful. Another staff member then informed us this room was not available and there was another hotel in Connaught Circle, and we could have complimentary lift to airport the next day. As it was 7pm we agreed and were driven to hotel in Karol Bagh. We didn't receive the airport lift.close

I don't know where they found that picture on their website. My room was very sparse. Fine for two nights. Clean. Comfy cot. Little tv. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful, but the location and small old lock on the door didn't make me feel very safe.

staff was friendly but the rooms were falling apart with dirty walls. Would have been fine if the price was cheaper but definitly not worth the price of the room.
