Nice hotel with roof top terrace, were you can eat your meals in the evening, they put a table out for you if you ask, nice food as well. Travel agency persistant!!

People indicated by the hotel give wrong informations about train tickets in order to press you to rent a car with driver. We fell in the trap!!!!

Complimentary pickup was there although didn't reply to my email to confirm as apparently details are just passed on. Hotel was clean, but not new though a bit noisy from staff calling out to each other, but that seems quite common in India. Overall a good enough hotel.

While this hotel was good enough for us, one thing we didnt like was the travel agent they used. We had to go to this agent to pay for our room, and he tried to sell us all sorts of tours and book things for us to get comission. We booked a driver and he took us to one place and then drove off.... more While this hotel was good enough for us, one thing we didnt like was the travel agent they used. We had to go to this agent to pay for our room, and he tried to sell us all sorts of tours and book things for us to get comission. We booked a driver and he took us to one place and then drove off. They also tried to charge interest for using our credit card, above the normal credit card rate. The staff within the hotel though were very nice, pleasant and efficent, and the bathroom was pretty good.close

Located near a great market, a little outside the city center. You have to pay at a travel agent's office a block from the hotel.

Very clean. Indian breakfast is amazing. Continental is a little sad. Airport pick up didn't show. Prepaid taxi was fine and they didn't try to charge for it. Staying there again when we go back to Delhi.

His hotel was exactly what we were looking for and excellent value for money. We were very pleased and it compared favourably to the other hotel we stayed in in Delhi, which was a similar price.

Hotel Vishal RESIDENCY (not the one listed in the lonely planet!) is in the suburb of Karol Bagh which is a little way from where the action is in delhi.
