Very bad location - you can get much better for cheaper elsewhere in the city. Beware being brought to the tourist office associated with the hotel, as they will try to sell you expensive package tours. Also if paying them, pay in cash as they charge 12.5% extra for credit cards!!!

everything was so great. the manager and the the worker of guesthouse took care about us, like we are their family. even we called manager genie, because he was making all our wishes and more. we had really nice time there and we didnet want leave that place. Thank you, Tadz and Feroz.

Very nice and friendly staff, I felt very welcomed and safe. Was picked up at the airport on time and for the first time had a good time in Delhi, thanks to the hostel. I'm very happy with my choice and will definetly come back.

The hostel in itself is fine, but the people who run it just try and scam you. They work for a travel agency and will make you feel like you have to book something, and then also overbook on purpose to feed clients to other hotels they work for. We were housed in a separate hotel (Cosmos) as they were full, and there was quite a lot of pressure for booking tours with the related tour office, which quoted me railway tickets for double the price I got at the station (after saying it would be the same price). Almost impossible to find on your own (no signage and on a very small street) so get an airport/station pick up. There was also a great deal of pressure from hotel staff for (generally unearned) tips. We probably won't stay with them again.close

Very dissapointing. No show for our airport pick up so got a taxi to the address (which has no signs, we had to ask the locals) to be told they were full and the guy that checkes the internet bookings was"lazy" They moved us to a terrible hotel (Hotel Comos) Dirty, not worth the money... more Very dissapointing. good pick up from airport. nice and helpful staff. the had a really nice room and we can recommand it. with this guest house you'll get no problems. travell agency is included, you get immedatly a trip organisation?!

Accommodations are located in the guesthouse, a few blocks separate from the administration, in a quiet street. This doesn't mean you are free from Indians' harassment on your rupies! Rooms are clean, with new furniture and silent fan and A/C (no hot shower though). This doesn't mean you are free from Indians' harassment on your rupies! Rooms are clean, with new furniture and silent fan and A/C (no hot shower though). Staff counter in the guesthouse is just in front of the rooms, so you can go to sleep and wake up with long and noisy hindi conversations. Staff from the guesthouse speak little English, although are very helpful. Administration staff invites you to have dinner with them, can arrange good drivers for day-tours in Delhi, but can be extremely pushy when trying to sell tour-packages. Airport pick-up didn't work with me (save extra 205 Rps for the pre-paid taxi). Head to this place if you are looking for a holyday in Kashmir, 'cause they'll surely insist you to go there!close

Friendly people and great atmosphere, they had a lot to give to the backpackers. Really nice to be invited to eat with them and take us out to party. They booked an awasome trip to us! We had a lot of fun. When we are comming back to India in some years we definitely will use the same travel...

All in all an excellent experience and we recommend their service to anyone visiting Delhi interested in a nice, quiet stay in a central little neighborhood.close

It is an excellent hotel, they can arrange everything for your trip. Including an airport pickup, a car to Agra and Jaipur. An excellent service, I recommend it.

This was a very nice place to stay. It is in a quiet part of the city, but right next to one of the main market areas, and very close to a subway line. They did NOT provided a room key and put lots of people in the same room eventhough I booked a single room however they always locked their room. Their company, Travel Venture（India) or indiantourisminformation is a totally rip off. I can NEVER recommend them.
