AVOID! The people are friendly but they are just trying to get your money. The area is awful right next to a busy market with lots of stray wounded dogs. The only choice for breakfast is toast or eggs. poor service all round.

The travel company connected with Bill Guest House is one of the best we encountered in India. The staff were very friendly and will see to your every need. We will definitely come back here again.

Just let you know that when you book this, you are not booking directly to this hotel but to the tourist office. Once you get there they will lead you to the guest house! that was a surprise for me, and also they forget about picking me up! :-(

this is a good place to stay, although the area's a little far out (it is on the metro line though so not a massive hasstle). the booking was not done in bill guest house and they put us in another hotel, no breakfast, no bicycle, no balconies , no kitchen as you mentionned in your advertising, we were desapointed and ewe woud have chosen another guest house because the booking does not work.

We had a trip around Rajasthan organised through Raj and had no complaints, ask for the driver called Suniel, he is awesome! We had him for 12 days and had no complaints!! If you are expecting a common Guest House with a reception and a lot of foreign people Bill "Guest House" is not your place, is a kind of private apartment... Finally is not to bad and the staff is really nice. A good option if you don't have any place better.

Bills was under renovation but we was taken to a nicer hotel. Bill and his family are all very nice, and we shared good times with them. We was also invited to dinner with them. We booked a 10 day trip which was excellent and we got to see the "Real" India. Thanks Bill & Co

Bill Guest House (along with several other guest houses) is owned by a family run tour agency (that also has contracts with many of the surrounding hotels). If one of the guest houses becomes... more To start with there's some information that anyone booking with Bill Guest House should know. Bill Guest House (along with several other guest houses) is owned by a family run tour agency (that also has contracts with many of the surrounding hotels). If one of the guest houses becomes overbooked (due to current guests extending their stay... very common) they accommodate you be finding a equal or better room in another place. Upon arrival, we were already leary about scams so we were extremely edgey when our airport pickup took us to the tour agency first, then told us Bill Guest House was full and tried taking us somewhere else. In the end, Ali and his family were very friendly and welcoming and set us up in a much better room free of charge due to our concerns. They did try hard to sell us on tours, but we prefered to see India our own way. The tours they offered were reasonably priced and I'm sure that we would have been provided for. I'd recommend Bill Guest House, but just a heads up on possible overbooking procedures. (The tour agency has the same address as Bill Guest House so you can confirm with that).close

Be aware staying at this place would be a very unwise decision , the people who handled my booking were pushy ignorant & aggressive , i travelled with a friend to Delhi as a last minute decision i am pleased i was there otherwise a single female traveller in that place , one dreads to think !!!

It's been a pleasure for us to stay in this guest house as we were very friendly treated and the stuff made us feel as we were at home. The rooms were clean and we had no problems with anything related to the accomodation.we enjoiyed a lot!!!!
