The arrival pickup is not complimentary and I had to wait for 45 mins at airport amongst mosquitos for another 2 passengers my driver was dropping off at nearby hotels. The driver requests 300 to 400RS, an arrival transfer from the tourist police at the arrival lounge might be a better option, although the driver was nice and reliable. The complimentary breakfast was a standard rajasthani ommelete toast and chai: no complaints there.close

I was pressured not to go out when I arrived. In the morning I was going to go out for breakfast and they were insistant I have tea before I left. Then the owner arrived and whisked me off to a Travel Agent that tried to sell me a taxi tour to Agra and Jaipur for $549.00 U.S. I have gone on my...

So to sum it up, it wasn't Hotel Cosmo but it was another hotel. So the ratings are reflected on the second hotel, but I wouldn't be surprised if I gave them the same ratings as this one if I were to have slept in Hotel Cosmo. Be aware to be caught in their tour offer package. If you are alone, which I was in the beginning, you may be overwhelmed with their kindness and their offer to take you around in Delhi or even take you on a outside-tour package. The city tour in Delhi wasn't bad, since they take you to places you have in mind or they'll take you on their regular offered city-course, but later you'll realize that you paid much more than you should've if you went on your own. They'll try to convince you, like any other travel agencies in Delhi I presume, that they're giving you the best deal and they'll try to prove that they are an official branch from the Ministory of Tourism. They were very kind to give me any kind of help, but in the end, like in other places, they want to do business with you. It would be better to know what you're exactly going to do in the city and your agenda in India. By the way, this hostelworld was a good place to find a good bargain for me in Delhi. I even caught one of the staff, to whom I paid my two nights in the hotel, a bit off guard when I gave him the money. I think the reaction was, he didn't know how cheap I got via hostelworld.com. If you have the time to roam around, you can find other better deals elsewhere. Don't make yourself in a hurry anywhere in India. Or anyone will try to take in control of you. Hope this helps.close
