4Narita was a nice little city. Very clean, typical of Japan. From the hostel, visit the tourist pavillion and do the tea ceremony,( some nice ladies there to perform it with you) and see the Temple further down the road, very beatiful, a good day's worth of walking and picture taking. From the hostel, visit the tourist pavillion and do the tea ceremony,( some nice ladies there to perform it with you) and see the Temple further down the road, very beatiful, a good day's worth of walking and picture taking. See the buddist ceremony there. Narita is a quaint little town, not too city like but not country either. It made me feel like it was a place I could call home without getting too bored. I only saw a small part of it, but I wasn't dissapointed. Food shopping, both fresh and department, the temple, some bars to see other Americans and such, a nice little shop to eat (try the Gyoza) - Noodle Shop_Ramen Bayashi 533-13 Hanasaki-cho Narita.close

Ohgiya Ryokan 84%
Great traditional ryokan, full of character. Our introduction to Japan. Very helpful and welcoming. Very reasonable price for a ryokan.

– posted on Nov 2008 6Great place, great traditional japanese room with garden views. The place has character so the room had a slightly old house smell. Apart from that, vv recommended. Staff speaks enough english and Narita is a nice traditional place to visit.

International Guesthouse Azure 78%
Very poor experience, the staff were really unpolite and rude, especially one of them, who charged me 100 yen for using a socket without his permission.Was the worst place I have ever stayed.Big raccomandetion do not go there.

Have aircon but no remote control so ask the staff to switch on. He set the...
