Very good first night hostel in nadi area but not suitable for longer stays because of the location. There's not much to do in nadi area and i think that there would be a demand for a small bar/nightclub in new town area because there's so many hostels in the area.

The customer service at smugglers is outstanding. The staff here eager to please and keep you smiling. Great food also!

Security was a joke at this hostel. I had my camera stolen from the dorm & the staff couldn't have cared less. It happened to lots of people whilst i was there. The dorm rooms were never locked (even though it was supposed to be a card swipe door, the cards never worked therefore the door was left open all the time). Staff were walking in & out all times of the day. I'd never stay here again & was extremely unhappy with my time there.close

My girlfriend and I had a great time at the Smugglers Cove Beach Resort and we would recommend to our friends and we would definetly come back. Excellent Service. Thanks to Ace ,Tima,Kesa and all the Staff people. See you next time! ; ) BULA!!!

We booked a 'garden view room' to find there was no garden but just the front of hotel car park - false advertising. We booked six months ahead to find our rooms were not available and they took 20 mins to rebook us back in. Very expensive for a 3 star hotel/4 star back packers for rooms and...

Dorm room very dark and cramped. The bed lamps didin't work so I had to feel my way in the dark to my bed. The do put on good night time shows though and the foods pretty good.

The hostel is fine for 1 night to be close to the airport, but wouldn't stay for any longer. Not much atmosphere, the bar food was really poor and staff quite miserable. Not as great as all the adverts make out, but did the job for 1 night.

Printed hotel information inconsistent with actual. Not easy access to town unless by taxi. Food & drink should be cheaper consider backpacker venue. Great entertainment most nites and the staff are very friendly!

The dorm should be advertised as a 30 bed dorm with cubes to make up 4 bed partitions. Also cramped in the sleeping quarters.

OK place to stay before or after heading to the islands, but not in an area where there is much to do.(10 minutes from Airport) However it is on Nadi Bay, with its dirty looking dark sand. Dorm with 32 beds (not 4 as advertised) can make it difficult to get a good sleep! Alright food. Internet

not a 4 bed as advertised but in fact a 34 bed dorm split into cubicles of 4 with only one bathroom for males and one for females. had no problems though and would stay there again.

Good Hostel/Hotel, de Dorm is a 30 odd bed Dorm split into 4 bed sections. Don't stay in Nadi to long get out to de Islands as quick as u can.. Staff are excellent!

The staff are really friendly and will do anything they can to help. The dorms are a bit misleading a 4 bed dorm is actually a 30+ dorm that are sectioned off into 4 beds it can be a bit squashed also their is only 2 showers for the girls in a 30+ dorm so u can imagine the wait....

nice place, but in the middle of nowhere in Nadi. be warned, the 4 bed mixed dorms are actually the 'pirates dorm' with about 40 beds... bit of a misleading ad!

I will always remember "Smugglers" with great pleasure! Great place, made me feel like at home, I will Definitely recommend to everyone and come back to Fiji & stay at Smugglers Cove. Beyond my Expectations BULA! TALOFA! KIORA!

Thanks for a fantastic stay! 10 out of 10 service! clean rooms, excellent food. I was blown away with the view. Walk out of your dorm and you are on the beach. Will defineatly recommend.

I thought this place was amazing and great value for money when i first arrived, but i went back a while later after i had visited the islands and realised actually it is quite expensive compared to the surrounding hostels and the beach is not very nice at all.

cancelled ALL my reservations when i only cancelled one night; did nothing to help me find other accomodation and offered no compensation. Very poorly handled and frustrating as a tired traveler looking for a bed.
