This is the most horrible hostel I have ever stayed at. We didn't get a key to the room, bathroom was dirty, breakfast very bad and staff was unfriendly and tried to rip us off. If you're looking for a one-night stay before or after Yasawa's, go to one of the hostels at Nadi Beach...NOT to this one.

Great place to start off your trip- I'd highly recommend it. We organised our trip at the airport and got totally RIPPED OFF. Go to Nadi downtown backpackers and they'll sit with you and go through what you want from your trip and then give it to you. Very friendly and helpful staff, but Nadi is defenitely not worth staying. Only stay there for a stopover to one of the Islands. Hostel is small, including free breakfast and nice rooms. all you need :)

Some of the managers will however bend the truth in every way they possible can when supplying you with information, whenever this suits their own financial gain in any way whatsoever. Had a good time here. I see the previous comments were saying the staff were pushy when selling tours and the like. They must have read the posts because there was no hard sell at all. A top place!

I would not stay in this place if I needed a good night sleep. There is a kareoke club just next door. I don't recomend it!

Although the staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hostel itself was horrible. It is in a terrible location, is incredibly hot, and has a local reputation as being a brothel.

The hostel is in an unsafe and intimidating part of nadi but as soon as you are through the hostel door you feel infinitley safer. The staff always ask where you are going and advise if this is a bad idea. The place was clean enough although the sheets in the dorm beds were not cleaned between guests.close

The worse place I'we ever stayed at!!! Stayed there for 3 hours n then i grabbed my stuff n left....Left my big bagage since i've allready payed for 5 nights.....they make it seeme like everything is for free but really nothing is...read the brochure properly!!

By-far the worst hostel i have seen. We stayed for 45 minutes and left. The staff though were helpful throught our 'extensive' stay.

This place is incredibly noisy at night. We hardly slept at all as there are two night clubs just across the road from the hostel. However, it is right in the middle of town and the staff are happy to help with any onward trips you'd like to do. It's bearable for a night for the cost but not...

They did not have my reservation so I was put into a mixed dorm and was the only female. I did not feel safe in the area where the hostel was located. Also it was not clean or well kept. The only good theing was that the staff were helpful.

was meant to be downtown, ended up at another hostel they own which was out in the middle of nowhere. shower didn't work. tried to sell me expensive day tours.

On arrival were picked up and taken to a different hostel (out of town) as they told us they were fully booked, even though you had allocated us a room number. Good security (I left bags and valuables in lock-ups, 100% secure), good assistance with airport pick-ups/transport and above all EXCELLENT assistance with tours, island-hopping and onward travel options. A good first port of call in Fiji - recommended.

The linen had spots and a bad smell. No way if the pillowcases were washed in weeks (months?), and they smelled like old sweat. When the water returned a few hours later it was brown for a few hours before returning to normal. I will never stay at this hostel ever again, and from speaking to others spending the night there I am obviously not the only one fealing this way.close

The Manager Kash was very helpful when it came to booking tours and making arrangements and the staff in general were friendly. However Saturday nights are very noisy indeed as the hostel is opposite a club that stays open all night.
