Too good for partying but a bit expensive! Ferries are kind of disaster... patience! Greeks are not friendly at all; you feel like you are being cheated all the time. Beware with the roads and the Italian fellows driving mopeds! Worth to visit it. Don't miss Paradise Beach @ Tropicana!!! |

Mykonos is an expensive island, compared to other Greek Island. Good place to party if on holidays, RTW traveller might struggle with prices. |

mykonos is a great party town that is full of tourists. the nightlife lasts til 10am so be prepared! very cute town that is very safe. the people are friendly and everything is so cheap! |

Very nice town with lots of characture. The beaches are everywhere and amazing. When you go in off season however, you don't get a lot of people out, buses run less etc. Would love to try in the summer. |

Its a very nice city with a lot of party at night. Very expensive for shoping but enjoy eating mousakas!!!! Don't forget to visit the little venize and the "molinos" |

Loved Mykonos! Only stayed two days, but that was the perfect amount for this party-loving town. Stay at Paradise Beach Resort if you are up for some fun. Go into the city and meander through the great streets. (Ladies, wear flats...the streets are difficult to wear heels/wedges in). |

of you want a relaxing vacation you'd be better off at paros, this island is great for free pouring cheap cocktails with gorgeous bartenders. If you go to the beach during the day don't take anything with you, it will get stolen! |

Mykonos is windy!!! Everyday winds up to 80kph and non stop. Not too bad on the beach but still quite windy. Was great fro the firt three days during second week of July but returned on the 20th and was then full of Italians and gays. Yes I know its a gay island but people should learn to keep their hands to themselves eh. Mykonos is beautiful and would be somewhere I'd recommend for a few days. Looking for paradise thats quieter and cheaper? Try Naxos, its just next door. |

Mykonos is an exceptionally beautiful place. The island certainly lives up to its reputation for beach & nightlife fun even in the slower seasons. Good restaurants are plentiful but there are the ever-present tourist traps slogging out second rate food. Ask around for the really good places..especially other tourists. Some of the local advice seemed to be profit-driven. |

During August Mykonos is the most expensive island for everything! food and booze was expensive and so was the shopping, plus when the cruise ships come they jack up the prices even more! Go to Santorini or one of the other islands. But you can't beat the PARTY'S on Mykonos!! it's soo much fun. Bring lots of money though...one drink was like 8euro's! |

Go to Mykonos! If you go, go in the middle of April at the beginning of busy season. Everythings open but nothing is full. It is a beautiful island with a lot to offer. Go and check it out! I would recommend taking a flight from Athens, the boat took freaking forever! |

Mykonos is very dead place when travelling in the off season (April) with lots of things shut. Generally a very expensive place, views not up to the same standard as otehr islands and transport difficult. It might be great in the summer months but not worth going out of season. |
