What they don't tell you is that it's a bit of a hassel without a car to make it to the city (by bus), to other beaches (by taxi's- we waited in the taxi line in town for 3 hours), and back to the hotel. Attractive hotel, fairly good location BUT practically nothing in the room worked and worst of all the attitude of the owners/management is horrid. Very bad service and overpriced.

Right by the beach (and its a great beach) but easy to get ino Mykonos town on the bus. The owner came and picked us up when our ferry got cancelled and we got a bit stuck and gave us lifts to town if he happenned to be going that way. Very hospitible.
