The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its a cozy and clean place with a bed and breakfast feel. Breakfast is available for 8 euro and its well worth it. The location is good - its a 2 minute walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from marienplatz (the city center).

Our double room was not a double. It was two single beds near each other. If it is not a double they should say so.

Wonderful place. Staff were very friendly. Really nice sweets at reception. Also the price of the breakfast is worth its just for the decor in the breakfast room. Lovely.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. Staff is very kind towards English speaking travelers. Breakfast was delicious. I stayed in a single room, it was a bit small, but not unconformable. Hostel entrance was a bit hard to find.

Great place to stay in Munich and a welcome break from staying in hostels. It was bright, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And it was quite too.

This was a very nice , reasonably priced hotel right near the train station. We got the double room shared bathroom, and the bathroom was right next to the room, only shared with two other rooms, and very nice and clean. Also, there was a really good breakfast, all included.

As a married couple not looking to super party, the only negative was the location. Kinda in a scary part of town if you are alone. once inside the hotel, it's very clean. Super friendly staff. Free breakfast was coffee, bread...it was fine for us. Bathroom in room was great!

We thought we had booked two rooms, each with a double bed. When we got there there was only one room for us, with two tiny twin beds. They told us this was the german way and we just didn't understand. This was not appreciated. There are also strip clubs all around the hotel, not good for families.

Lovely staff and location. We stayed in a double room shared toilet and were please to find out we only had to share the toilet with 2 other rooms. :) The wireless internet was a plus too.

We arrived with food poisoning (from a previous location!) and therefore spent 2 and a half days in our rooms. However, the staff were very sympathetic and helpful and we would recommend this hotel. The breakfast really looked lovely and everyone seemed to be enjoying it.

The room was a little smaller than I was expecting, but the staff made up for it by being incredibly friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich.

This was a special vacation for my daughter and I who had been studying in Europe. Our stay was very pleasant even though the weather was freezing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Europe, it has a very intimate, homey feel and she gives a great breakfast.

We stayed in the 3-bed room - 3 adults and a baby. We brought our own playpen. Lots of room. The room was really nice. Location- close to city center, however not in a great area of town. Lots of strip clubs, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Was a nice room and good to be able to...

This place is highly recommended. Close to all forms of transport, easy walking distance to main attractions and easy to find. Breakfast was outstanding and the hostess very friendly. Double room spacious, clean and even had a lounge. A great budget hotel.

This place was so easy to find, which was perfect for me not knowing any german and lugging 35 kilos worth of luggage around. The staff was extremely friendly, the room spotless and, comfortable and very big. The breakfast room was adorable and a great way to start the day. Bathroom also...

It is not the perfect plae if you are looking to meet new people or have fun. But the place is excellent!, so clean! and the staff people are really polite and always trying to help you. I recomend it!!!

Rather nice hotel - would reccomend this to friends and family. Although not stricitly in centre of aldstadt but very central and near to tram stop and u-bahn/s-bahn/national railway station. Very clean. Warning: if you bring car with you - it costs 17 euros for every 24 hours at nearby...
