You need to use subway to get to this hotel from the main station, however the subway is very often running. The surrounding was not noisy and not dangerous. The room was pretty big and very clean, and great breakfast was included. I liked this hotel.

Great family atmosphere, close to the center of town, and a great breakfast buffet included in price. I'll stay here again if I am ever back in Munich.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice! Free internet is always a plus. Not too far from the center, just a few metro stops. The room was nice, and breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Its nice, clean, a good break from staying at dirty grungy hostels all week. It is very affordable and had good breakfast, most of all its so comfortable there. To be around a good night life is only a ten minute walk, and I will saz its nice to be close yet not within the loud district of bars...

WiFi is for a fee (9 euro a day). I wish that was stated on hostel world. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. This is a business hotel and I believe they unload rooms on hostel world to fill up the hotel. Therefore, you get a good deal for the price. Very good for a hotel, but a hotel non the less (expensive). Staff was very nice and helpful. Directions were a not very good. All in all, good place

Easy to find, very clean. Good if your more into seeing the sights during the day and less of the partying at night. Had a wonderful free breakfast in the morning. Good value for the money.

Best hotel we have stayed in so far. The satff were very friendly and helpful and we had a very large room fully equipped with kitchen etc. The only problem was they didnt have a lift for our room so we had to climb lots of stairs.

We travelled to four different locations in Europe during our three week trip and Hotel Am Nockherberg was definitely our favourite accomodation. It was bright clean and friendly but didn't have air conditioning which was a bit of a shame. I will definitely return to Munich again and will stay in...

good position, 15 minutes walking from Marienplatz and UBahn at the corner. It's not a hostel, so no party, no common room and no people from everywhere drinking and so on.. but it's a nice and cheap hotel.

Best hotel on our trip, and by far the most value for money. Free internet in the lobby was a definite plus. The breakfast was excellent, as well as lots of chocolate! Only hotel that had Sauna and fitness centre.

Good location only 2 stops on the subway from central Marienplatz in a very quiet area. Staff very friendly and able to let us check in at 11am on arrival. Bar was closed during our stay but it was new years time and call for the hotel bar anyway was minimal. Sauna made for a nice start to the...

A good location near the Deutsche Museum and the Isar cycle way (Bodensee/Konigsee Radweg) especially if you have a bike. Very clean and a good breakfast. Would definitely use it again.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The rooms had comfortable beds and were fairly roomy. The staff was very courteous and the included breakfast had a good assortment of food. Thanks for making our Munich trip worthwhile.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wondering where to stay in Munich. The 3bd with ensuite bath is by far the largest room of any hotel that I have stayed in Europe. Although its off the beaten path, the affordable price more than makes up for the additional train ride.

Nice quiet setting, beautiful room, nicely decorated, and excellent breakfast spread with plenty of fruit, juices, jams and muesli. Not really walking distance from the city center, but only 3 subway stops from the Hauptbahnhof. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay while getting over jetlag - close enough to the party to have fun without an effort, far enough away to get 8 hours of sleep when you need it. Great breakfast spread.
