Amazing place to stay during Oktoberfest. Would highly recommend over a hostel and a great party atmosphere.

I stayed in the public tent. Its a bit outside the city but trams go there often. Its very cold, but they provide you with as many blankets as you'd like (only if you stay in the big tent). Bathroom/showers are fine, staff are very friendly/helpful. Its as clean as a giant tent with 200...

For what it was- a giant tent, the hostel was very nice. People were friendly and helpful, the showers were hot and pretty clean. And the beds- though not exactly comfortable, got the job done.

Kind of like a hippy convent with a sort of "emergency hurricane accomodation" decor. Cool people. Very Cold at times. Worth it for the money. Easy enough to get into town with the trams running all day and night.

Great fun!! You have to go here just to say you've been. Very clean and good facilities, better than some hostels I've been to, and despite it getting a little chilly during early morning, still a good nights sleep. Recomended.

Very relaxed. Good value. Decently connected to the city centre with the tram. We stayed during Oktoberfest and it was by far the best place to stay for value and fun. Do bring a sleeping bag, because it does get very cold at night!!! Earplugs are also very useful.

Yes, this is a large tent with 100 bunks in it, but great fun and cheap. 24hr tram into town, good shop, internet, and surprisingly, quite a lot of sleep. Bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more frequently though.

No one really talked and it felt a long way out from the centre. Was absolutely freezing at night and we ended up making a den to keep warm. No lockers unless you buy a padlock from them or bring your own. We thought it would be quite chilled out but it ended up being really strict.

We booked two beds in the big tent, but were happy to find once we arrived that we were able to pitch our own tent. Massive bonus to have free internet if you have your own laptop. Trip into town isn't too bad as long as you have an unlimited travel card, otherwise might become expensive...
