I love this Hostel. It's great clean friendly right in the centre of town. it's really great, the staff are super helpful. I had a lot of problems with my key card always not working but it was ok because i was on the first floor. The bar next door at euro is a little more happening but i don't...

The security is good with key cards to the rooms and big lockers (take your own padlock) there. Helpful staff and when their bar closes you can go next door to Wombats :)

Roommates were soooo loud coming in at 5am in the morning! Really inconsiderate and without curtains on the bed you really notice when the light is left on.

WARNING: TRANSPARANT shower curtains in the women's dorm bathroom--VERY CREEPY! Men's dorm shower curtains are opaque. WTF? College-age kids in town to party for a week will like it. Serious travelers should look harder for a better place. At least it's cheap.

I would recommend a rule that forbids sex in the dorms. Keeps everyone from sleeping.

the room had one key for all 6 people in it and therefore couldn't be locked at night if your other room mates weren't there which is can be difficult esp. when wierdos walk into your room late night...

Good for students wanting to meet lots of people. Rooms and bathrooms were clean enough. Didn't provide towels which wasn't good but very close to main train station.

very boring hostel. seems like no one wants to socialize. If you want to meet people its not the place to be. Location was great. Staff helpful. Bathroom cleanliness was questionable.

Great location across from the train station. When you check in they give you a coupon for a free drink at the bar downstairs...a little strange, but all in the spirit of getting to know other travellers... SMALLEST shower ever- good luck getting into it.

Front door is never locked, and neither is the 40 bed dorm I stayed in. Reception is always there by the front door, but no one is ever asked who they are if they come in. I guess with a 40 bed dorm, safety in numbers? Bar is not that interesting, EuroYouth Hostel next door down has a better bar.

the staff wasn't helpful or friendly. the welcome drink was nice, but the bar didn't seem like a place where people ever really hung out. security was fine, but it was kinda bitchy that you had to buy a padlock, rather than rent. same goes for towels - 6 euro for a towel? what? it was nice... more the staff wasn't helpful or friendly. the welcome drink was nice, but the bar didn't seem like a place where people ever really hung out. security was fine, but it was kinda bitchy that you had to buy a padlock, rather than rent. same goes for towels - 6 euro for a towel? what? it was nice to be close to the train station, but farther from marienplatz than i would have liked to be.close

Please please PLEASE have some air fresheners installed. The stench of the other people staying at the hostel almost became unbearable. I know you cannot force people to shower, but you can put something in the rooms to keep them from smelling like rotting bodies.

A few slight complaints- the shower curtains in the bathroom were see-through, and it was kind of strange (as a 21 year old girl) to be sleeping in the same big room as a group of grown men. Overall great job- I'd recommend it, especially for Oktoberfest!close

easy to get to from the train station, clean, although the beds need work. stayed in two rooms, in one the beds all squeaked at the slightest movement, the other the wires holding up the top were all coming undone. still a good night sleep though.

Having stayed here during Oktoberfest i cant really comment on the everyday workings of this hostel. Its clean and run with typical German efficiency. almost more like and hotel with the number of rooms but is very well located and with the number of guests it isn't hard to find a party.
