Staff was not very friendly but always busy and stressed. Bathroom smelled mouldy, sink and shower where nearly plugged.

It was an OK hostel for one night, but honestly I wouldnt recommend it if you wanna have fun an stay for longer

The Haus was a good hostel. Rooms where simple but clean and great security. Also had free wifi in all the rooms if you have a laptop. Breakfast was included and was all you can eat buffet. Good hostel if you are looking for something a little way away from the city, but still easy to get to...

Huge building with hundreds (?) of rooms, nevertheless the staff was friendly, the breakfast good and the location OK (15 minutes to the Altstadt)! Definitely a good bang for the buck! I would go there again!

breakfast is free and good has a lot of information about tours in Munchen, professional u can have fun in the bar just in the hostel staff speaks good english

I did not go for a bathroom ensuit option. Even though you had to use the card key to get into the bathroom (there were single sex bathrooms)if the last person leaving the bathroom did not close the door properly, any could get in. We had a clean room. The hostel was not in the main part of the city but the bus made a stop right across from the hostel, so it wasn't very inconvenient. Breakfasts were good and the staff was nice. A nice room for a fair price, they had a nice bar but there was no one down there. I only saw other guests during breakfast, not much interaction. Still a nice clean single room for a decent price.

I enjoy staying at your place. This time with my wife. The only comment I would like to make: The house keepers should pay more attention to room service. There should be always spare toilett tissues in the bathroom and the bedding should be changed at least after 3 nights. We will come back... more I enjoy staying at your place. Hi, the only thing we noticed with some slight irritation is the fact that during check-in and check-out there was not enough FrontDesk personnel(only one very hardworking guy) which transformed the lobby(even outside) into a Zoo. Get more staff and you guys are the best.! Keep up the Great...
