It was good, but refreshments very expensive. They tried to charge us double for breakfast and the security staff was a little too anal. They pulled me out of bed because I forgot to shut the door all the way.

We stayed there during Oktoberfest so the price was very expensive. Place wasnt anything special - internet and breakfast were expensive aswell.

I booked a 4 beds bedrom but they put me in a 8 beds bedrom... I told them about it, but they told me that it was a problem of HostelWorld, and not of them... they are patetic

I guess they coped well for it was the Octoberfest opening weekend, but disco till 3.30am with no one in it was so not cool, especially as our beds and the floor were vibrating and it was as loud as downstairs...

Very clean and proper but BORING, unindividual and with no character. They have a very bad luggage storage system which meant some of my equipment was destroyed by clumsy people.

15-20 minute walk to the city center. Close to the 'largest beer garden in the world.' Cleaning staff did an ok job, but if you have a slob in your room that is there for weeks on end, junk piles up because they don't want to throw 'people's stuff' out, just ask for another room. Pay for...

I wasn't in the hostel much so I may not have the best person to comment but from what I saw it seemed to be a good hostel with games and card keys for the rooms and lockers. A bit far out of the city centre tho.

The lockers are freakin small. The staff sucks along with the night life. The beds are nice, but you have to pay for linen. In all if youre old and not here to party, it is wel recommened!

Hostel was extremely clean, bath in ensuite bathroom like a hotel. Breakfast was amazing but expensive - €6, which is a lot if you don't eat much. Staff did their jobs but didn't provide great customer service.

The bathroom was pretty bad and the staff were not very helpful. Also there was a group of construction workers in the room who had obviously been there a while and made themselves at home with cigarettes and cooking in the room. Unacceptable.

really functional and pleasant. clean, not too noisy. kind of a hike from the train station but the underground stop is pretty close by. we paid 100USD instead of 100 euros!!! yay!!!!!!! Reception was always extraordinairily busy. expensive internet.

Overall it was a pretty good stay. My only real complaint was that some things were broken in the bathroom (toilet seat cover, soap dispenser, and the door handle made it very hard to get out!) But the place was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.

Stayed here for octoberfest and was adequate except that 8 beds in dorm not 6 as booked. No lockers. Big big hostel no real character. On tramline which was convenient.

The place is in a good location, but the reception was awful. It takes FOREVER to do anything (check in, check out, get a password for the internet, ask a question). It was a bit ridiculous. I think it wasn't clear for me, reading their special conditions at the hostelworld website, that the 3€ "deposit" for the sheets would not be returned. Maybe it's just cuz I've been to a few great hostels recently, but this place seems to be cheap and charges for everything, including the wifi in your room. The internet terminals were more expensive than average too: 1 euro per 20 minutes.

if ur looking for a fun hostel with energy, this is not the place. its sooo big u dont meet anyone unless ur lucky enough to have some good ppl in ur room..only 3 computers in the building and it has over 624 rooms....
