Over forty years of service in the hotel industry has infused in us the potency to understand the need of our guests in a better manner. Our infrastructure and the variety of services are ever multiplying with the change in life style of the people and the demand of the hotel and tourism industry. We have received high acclamation for our hospitality and other services by tourists of India and abroad at economy cost. Our hotel is facilitated with 108 well-furnished rooms, ample space for car parking, safe deposit lockers, cloak room facilities, Doctor on call, travel desk, business centre etc. Our hotel reflects a relaxing ambiance, a comfort zone in every corner and is designed in a manner that is suitable for both business and pleasure-stay purpose. Apart from our accommodation facility, we have excellent restaurants with different cuisine operating 24x7 through out the year. We also have a well-managed hygienic "open kitchen" that ensures confidence in our infrastructural facility. We have three inhouse restaurants to satiate your taste buds Howrah: The critically acclaimed restaurant features classical Bengali dishes, in a contemporary Bengali setting, at value for money prices. Howrah has been listed among the best regional cuisine restaurants by The Times of India Good Food Guide. It is a 60 cover restaurant. Zaffran: A 98 cover restaurant which has achieved a cult status in Mumbai with its extraordinary North Indian and Chinese food at value for money prices. Zaffran has been listed among the top 300 restaurants in the world by the Food and Wine magazine, U.S.A. in its TO GO list 2007. One of Zaffran's biggest USPs is the fact that it is open till 4 a.m. everyday. First Floor Bistro: A mediterranean lounge styled restaurant serving continental and Italian food and sheeshas. First Floor Bistro, in a span of just 2 years, has become one of the most popular hangouts in the city. It is a 76 cover restaurant and is open till 4 a.m. in the morning. A well-coordinated team is integral to the success of our hotel. Our managers are trained hotel management experts who administer all aspects of the hotel for the well being of our revered guests. Our staff members are equally hospitable, warm, well mannered, finely groomed and attentive at the same time. We provide adequate training to each and every staff member to match up the quality standard we render in our services. They are infused with the core values that we follow in our business because we believe that without a through understanding of the real essence of hospitality, one is not competent enough to live up to the expected mark in this particular industry. We provide services that are unparalleled in the economy hotel segment of the hospitality industry. We pay optimum heed that the services are executed promptly without any unnecessary delay. Often economy hotels are characterized with a limited range of services but our attentive and personalize service include a wide variety of services. We categorize ourselves as a budget hotel where you can enjoy the best hospitality at a competitively affordable price.

Room was clean, very noisy fan and ac but at least we had ac. The area was not very nice, close to Victoria station so you could walk everywhere. Window to an imnterior corridor so felt quite stuffy. Don't think i would go back there. Restaurant next door, Saffron, was very good though!

About as good as it gets in Mumbai, the free breakfast was great and the reastaurant next door was really good food and open till 4am. Handy when the jet lag is present. Nice enough.

Conveniently located for the CST (train station). Helpful staff. The rooms are okay if a bit dingy.
