Worst hotel we stayed at in India.... rude staff, cold water, dirty sheets on arrival. Upon check out we asked the staff if we could use the luggage room and they said that we could.... as soon as the payment had gone through and the money handed over we were told we couldn't as it was... more Worst hotel we stayed at in India.... rude staff, cold water, dirty sheets on arrival. Upon check out we asked the staff if we could use the luggage room and they said that we could.... as soon as the payment had gone through and the money handed over we were told we couldn't as it was "full". The staff were very rude, arrogant and patronising and laughing at the situation which made us very angry! This hotel is miles away from any Mumbai's attractions it took 90mins to get anyway of any intrest and wasn't easy to find for taxi drivers. This place is very over priced. The only reason we did not check out early was because it was Christmas and most places were fully booked and we wanted to spend the festive season away from this hotel and not have to deal with the hastle of moving and folking out more cash. Simply don't stay here!close

very poor all the way,i heat to see any american turist make same error i made,pictures are nothing like hotel and poor location and poor everything ,

Below par for the rest of the standards of the rest fo the world, but not too bad by Indian standards... We didn't see any bugs, or get bitten in the night, so not too bad, but there were toilet blocks (usually just found in urinals) in the sink, and the wardrobe... Very small room!!

The dust in the blankets got my allergies going. And they never received our reservation through hostelworld.com because their internet was down. Besides that it was fine. Strange exhaust odor in hallway.

The hotel is in a not too wonderful area where there are no restaurants etc and involves a 10 minute walk to the station, a horrible queue to get a ticket then a 50 minute journey into town. Even worse was that the hotel overcharged us for the room in that their actual rates are much lower than those you pay via hostelworld. They wouldn't change this nor did they understand the principle of paying a deposit as you do on hostelworld so when we left a few days early we ended up getting ripped off even more. Don't book this hotel.close

The staff was friendly. Location close to airport with easy train availablity into Mumbai about a 40 minute ride. I would recommend this place if you are looking for something outside the hectic city.
