Location excellent for the airport, but *really* bad for downtown Mumbai. Free airport transfer is excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly but keep making any excuse to visit your room so they can get a tip (they're insistent on a tip, too). In all, fine for a night if you're coming from or going to the airport, but it'll drive you crazy for longer than that.close

Prabhat Colony is a comparatively quiet residential suburb of Mumbai, but it's well conected to downtown by the nearby train station (Santa Cruz). Everything was fine here and we received the courtesy airport pick-up as planned. Generally a decent reliable hotel.
