Also - great location, close to fantastic restaurants and also the metro.close

The next time we're in Montreal, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else! We had a little apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and our own little nook. The apartment was clean, very tastefully decorated, and only a 5-minute walk from the Guy-Concordia stop. You couldn't even pay for better...

Very good, only as no reception had some confusion when first got there as apparently no one around. Suggest phoning ahead to arrange when will arrive.

The apartment was a wonderful space, a small home away from home, and the location was superb, two quiet blocks away from the the main street of downtown. There was confusion and mixed messages from different staff, however this seems due to the owners having a small vacation of their own.... more The apartment was a wonderful space, a small home away from home, and the location was superb, two quiet blocks away from the the main street of downtown. There was confusion and mixed messages from different staff, however this seems due to the owners having a small vacation of their own. Also the password for internet access was hard to track down, and when we got it, a few days before departure, it was incorrect. But I would love to stay there again, the space was perfect and the location too, and the owners/other staff were very nice people indeed.close

This place has been recently purchased by the owners, therefore it is undergoing many renovations. There are many bugs, as a result I do not advise to keep any food laying around. It would be preferable to dine out. There are many inexpensive locales at which one can dine at, so please take...

Town building converted into guest rooms. The rooms are cosi and big enough, but a bit dirty (don't put anything under the bed or you will collect the dust of the year). Despite receiving confirmation from the hostel that our booking was confirmed the staff were not aware of our arrival. They then showed us a filthy room and tried to convince us that it had been cleaned. We decided not to stay at the hostel as there was no bedding and towels as proimised on the... more Despite receiving confirmation from the hostel that our booking was confirmed the staff were not aware of our arrival. They then showed us a filthy room and tried to convince us that it had been cleaned. We decided not to stay at the hostel as there was no bedding and towels as proimised on the website, the bathroom was also in an appalling state and there were unwashed glasses in the sink. The staff were apologetic, refunded our deposit and offered us free accommdation at one of their other venues but by then we had made alternative plans!! This is probably a one off incident as the staff were embarrased, apologetic and willing to try and retore our confidence in their establishment.close
