Since 2003, Rosalie is recognized as one of the heaviest hitters of restoration and nightlife in Montreal. We have the firm belief that this continued success is due in large part, to our unique staff. The restaurant is known for making its guests feel at home; this is a direct consequence of the staff’s attitude towards the establishment. Of the many things that set us apart from other restaurants, you will find our desire to offer something unique to Montrealers and travelers to our city. The best example is the simplest one that you can observe any time at Rosalie; at one table you could find the business men eating the chef’s special. At the next table you could see a young, trendy couple having enjoying one of our specialty martinis. At yet another table, you could see a group of friends with a bottle of one of our many Vodkas, experimenting with our daily table d’hôte, getting ready for late night partying.
