This is my second time staying at the hotel and it never disappoints me. It's a 5-10 min walk from Berri metro & there are many boutiques and restaurants. It's a 5-10 min walk from Berri metro & there are many boutiques and restaurants. Warm reception, breakfast delivered to you in the morning, warm water, comfy clean room, TV. It's the perfect budget hotel located in a quiet location especially if you want to save $! I chose to park my car in a parking garage near Grande Bibliotheque which is a 10 minute walk although there is an open-air parking lot next to the hotel.close

Staff was great. Manager rectified a long distance charge on a free local call swiftly and promptly. The ("a real authentic") continental breakfast each morning were manifique! A reccomendable must!

This is a great place to stay. It's central, the staff are helpful and the overall tone of the place is friendly and relaxed. They never forget a face and I was warmly welcomed on my annual return.

The front desk staff was universally helpful and charming. I used to travel 200 days/year for work, and they're definitely in the top 5% of any staff I've met.

Such a great place. Everyone was friendly, great location right near the metro, restaurants, cafes...wonderful weekend, wonderful hotel.

absolutely stay there again and recommend to everyone! breakfast in bed is a plus and the rooms are lovely and large and super clean.

This is a pleasant, central, well-run establishment. While the walls may need a little more sound-proofing, you don't need to worry. The clientel are respectable, and quiet. Overall the place is good value for the money.

It was exceedingly hot in the upstairs corridor and in our room. The air conditioners needs to be replaced; if they are of the same vintage as the one in Room 59. The parking and breakfasts were very much appreciated.

although a very basic hotel it appeared reasonably clean, although my room didn''t have air con as stated. Location was perfect very accessible and although the accomodation was just off one on montreals main streets you couldn't tell noise wise. I would reccomend

Great place to stay at. Staff are wonderful, service is great - particularly with breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Probably not the place to go though it you're looking to meet people as it is a hotel and not a hostel!

There was confusion about taxes. In the end I payed more than was on the hostelworld reservation sheet. Also the 10% deposit was not on the bill, but that didn't seem to be the cofusion.
