We really lucked out and were upgraded to the best suite! The staff are low-maintenance but good enough. We were happy with our experience - amazing value and good location!

You don't really get to mix with the other guests, however, that's OK if you have your own itinerary or friends to play with. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends. The location is fantastic, we were there for the Festival of Laughs, which was literally just outside our door,...

Loved the hotel and would stay with them again. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. I miss Montreal already.....

after making reservations a month in advance we arrived after a 6 hour drive only to find that they no longer had our reservation because they gave our room to someone willing to pay more money. these people are terrible.
