I liked the atmosphere, but it was WAY overbooked, and people were having to pair up or sleep on the floor... then we never recieved any reemburstment or a percentage off the price for such a hassle.

The manager is a very bad organizer. People would be stranded at times due to overbooking. There's only one person managing the whole place, there's a limit to how efficient that can be. There's also only one bathroom for 20+ people.

We booked beds online for the original hostel, but were assigned beds in the new building 7210. It was a surprise, but not a big deal. Alot of cool people, fun staff, amazing atmosphere. Would come here again. Amazing expirience

Nice and clean place! Good value for money. Free breakfast including coffee, toast and cereals. The one toilet and shower was a bit of a hassle though. Friendly staff!

I wouldn't recommend this hostel...there are plenty of other ones in Montreal. I've never had as bad of an experience in a hostel as I did here.

The only negative is the air mattresses, but still well worth the price.close

They said they had security lockers and private rooms, which they do not. They wouldn't let me change my reservation and made us pay in cash up front (despite having my credit card info). The guy was a real creep and it was way too crowded. Avoid if you can.

This hostel is one of the best that we have stayed in both Canada and Europe. Jonathon is the best host and is really going places with his new hostel that he is just open. The paint job is awesome and the three bathrooms are great. Would definatly stay here if you are visiting Montreal. A+

Best hostel we stayed at during our entire period of travelling. Clean, free linen and towels, net and INTERNATIONAL CALLS plus a hostel manager who takes you to dinner, buys you roses and makes you crepes. Cute boys, hot girls, good times :) Arielle and Ginny New Zealand/England

This was certainly an excellent hostel. It's very much like a cool house with a huge tv and x-box and everything, plus a lot of beds. The barriers between staff and patrons were broken down so that the staff here seem like knowledgeable, helpful friends.
