We are a family run guesthouse with a property that dates back 100 years. The guesthouse overlooks open parkland and is only minutes from the centre of Middlesbrough, where you can shop in the many shops on offer. There are numerous restaurants and the university is close by. We have 7 bedrooms which are all fitted with colour TV, sink and tea/coffee making facilities. Chadwick Guesthouse is situated only two miles from central Middlesbrough. Rail/motor/bus/air links are very near and easy to operate from.

Staff are not on site - helpful to know, maybe include it in info section when booking. Great rooms, great breakfast faciltiies, lovely decor - we loved it and would stay again and reccomend to others

Nice place and accommodating owner except that the owner does not reside on property so if a problem then you need to call him (10-15mins wait).

Our online booking details were not correctly pased on to the hostel operator luckily they were able to put us up anyway!!!! Also the prices on your website for a twin private for two guests shows a price of £70 when it should be £35!!!!
