She tried to say that I didn´t have reservations and then she tried to keep my deposit that I paid on this site. The others sorted it out, though. The bathrooms were gross and there were either mosquitos or bedbugs in the rooms. They wash they sheets, but probably not the blankets.close

Whenever I go to Mexico City, I make sure to stay at Mansion Havre. Everyone is very helpful and very kind. The hostel also provides for a great opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world. I hope to come back again soon.

The Havre was a good choice for the duration of my stay and for the cost. The staff always showed a professional attitude and kindness to their guests.

I love Mansion Havre. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My stay in Mexico City was wonderful, because of the many friends I was able to make while staying at the Hostel. This is the place to stay. It has a great location and the very nice people.

The staff are amazing. Rosemary saved our butts when we booked a day tour and the bus "couldn't find" our hostel and had no intention of calling or finding us. We did not speak fluent Spanish and she called on our behalf and directed the bus on how to find us. We were indebted to her.

Shower also takes about 10 minutes of running before it gets warm. other than those things.. no other hasslesclose
