Beds were comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way from main tourist spots. Only 2 toilets and showers for 4 dorms rooms... and they weren't overly clean.

friendly staff that helped me to find the cooles places of the city. The location of the hostel is excellent and safe. I was vey satisfied with my stay at hostelhome

Is in a quiet, handy location for walking around and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly some of the facilities are a bit rundown, if not broken, but for $11 a night, one shouldn't expect too much.

Clean, safe, trendy type hostel. Quality hostel. Very little water pressure in the bathrooms though.

There was no soap or paper in the bathroom. Breakfast was lame and the staff were very far from friendly. I would not recommend it.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The atmosphere in the hostel was friendly with excellent staff and full with international travelers. I felt that one member of the staff "Poncho" wasn't too helpful - he was also loud late at night with some of the other guests. The other staff - Nancy and Gerardo were a dream. Additionally, they didn't honor the reservation that I made through this site. So, I was charged by this site, but those funds weren't put towards my stay. It's unfortunate, but it seems to happen to me a lot - reservations going wrong in hostels.close
