La chambre manque de charme et de confort, la plus mauvaise literie de tout notre voyage. Mem pas une etagere dans la chambre pour les affaires, juste deux lits. Douche tres propre et eau chaude tout le temps.

More like a B & B than a hostel. Only 4 rooms which are all bright, airy and clean. Close to the Zona Rosa (best partying in Mex City) and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Not a place to party, but close to places which are so a nice quiet place to chill when you need to chill....

Casa vieja is a minute walkaway from the metro and 5 minutes from Chapulpetec. THe staff is really nice and friendly. There are tons of foodstands on the street, really good and cheap. I wouldrecommend this hostel to my friends.

The beds were OK on bottom level but when somebody slept in the upper bed it was like sailing in a storm to get through the night. One of 4 nights there was a lot of noice. Every service cost extra. Favourable was that it was very close to both Metro and museums.

This hostel is a good option if someone arrives at TAPO, cause its juts a few stops away from the metro line that passes there. The hostel itself is very small (with about four guest rooms), clean and friendly.

This hostel is quiet, clean and in a good location once you work out the metro system and also close to lots of great restaurants. The one staff member who seemed to be constantly on duty was not friendly and seemed puzzled as to why we might be asking questions as to where to go and what to do.

Location is good, but staff arent that knowledgeable when it comes to nightlife, or taxi fares etc. Do research beforehand! Not sure why they have seperate male and female bathrooms, a hostel this size should be unisex, it creates unneeded queues. But most annoyingly was the fact that they charged 2 dollars to leave a bag there for a few hours. Only one other hostel has charged us in 11 months (that was a YHA in NZ) I couldnt believe it!! Cheaper storage is available at the bus stations. This is the main reason why I have marked down on staff, cos I find it crazy in a hostel that advertises itself as friendly and homely - rip off!!!close
