Great location (Bab Doukkala is easy to find), lovely hostel, and friendly & fun staff who are very knowledgeable about travelling in Morocco - they'll be a big help. The desert tour is awesome (Yousef, you're a great guide). Thanks Aziz, Hamid, Rashida, and all the others!

It is well located to get from the airport - ask for Bab Doukkala. He gave us great tips on where to go, how much to pay and what to look out for. His mint tea is also the best in Morrocco. We had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend this Riad.close

Very pretty, very helpful staff but very difficult to find maybe worth paying the extra for an airport pick up to actually find the place rather than being dropped off in the medina by a taxi driver who over charged us anyway! Staff gave us loads of useful info and were great fun.

Very nice place in medina, not so difficult to find (compared to other riads in medina). Very friendly staff serving mint-tea, explaining all about the city and really easy-going. I advise both for young and elder people, especially for those who like to stay in the intime place.

The staff is very kind and helpful. It's clean and quiet. The "free" internet is the house computer, which you can use when the staff or other guests aren't, so good luck. The location is a bit out of the way. They arranged a desert tour which would have been wonderful except the guide...

The people that run this hostel are amazing. My gf and I spent three nights here and they really made our Marrakech trip. They organized a trip to the desert for us, which I highly recommend. Also, when my gf got sick the staff was very caring.

Very helpful staff, gave us some invaluable tips about Marrakech. However, it was a hassle to pay with credit card (as is the case in the rest of Marrakech).

Nice Riad that fits good in price/quality. Good hospitality, very nice staff! The only thing is the bathroom's shower that doesn't have a curtain to prevent water from flooding the bath.

The best trip I've ever had, and it is largely because of the staff and experience at Riad Massin. Hamid gave us tips on what to see, how much things are ACTUALLY worth in the Souks, and even arranged a 2-day Saharan trip when we couldn't fit the 3-day into our schedule.

lovely riad, perfectly positioned between the old and new town, would strongly recommend the trip to the atlas, so much fun, only criticism is the lack of privacy and can get quite noisy... other than that lots of fun, rasheeda was brillint.

We were, however, moved to another location as many of the reviews did indicate to us. We were aware of this change three hours before arrival which is inconvenient. We were also charged incorrectly upon arrival and were not compensated either for this inconvenience. We did appreciate that the hostel made up for this with other small things, however all problems were simply a result of a lack of organization. There are no written records of reservations and not all of the staff is up to date on prices. They were, though, cheery and polite. Our group of six was pleased with the rooms and room quality, the Riad is beautifully decorated. Breakfast was very good. I recommend highly the day trip to the mountains, it was a perfect day.close
