The best aspects of this hostel are its location (only a block from the Jemaa al Fna) and relative cleanliness. Otherwise, it needs improvement. The staff weren't terribly organized and didn't seem to communicate with one another very effectively. Our reservation seemed to come as a surprise.... more

I felt very safe as there is someone at the door 24/7. The location is really incredible and it has a very homey feel! The staff at the location where you check in, as well as the man who works at this specific hostel are all so nice.

It was a regular ok hostel. It seemed daunting to find, but wasn't quite so hard once I got there. And, if you do get lost, there's always the neighborhood children to help, for a fee of course. I'd go back, but not with family, or for any luxury. It's just a place to sleep.

good location, but hard to find. my cell phone charger went missing when they moved my stuff from one room to another. the staff is very nice (some more than others of course), but they were pleasant. it was cleaner than 3-ducks in Paris but not the cleanest place. to find: facing djeema, go... more

I have read a lot of peoples reviews about the difficulties of finding this place. Look, just find the nearest kid and give them some dirham, probably about ten, which is one euro and just say take me there. It will save a lot of hassle. But it was a great place, basic, but what can you expect... more

You most definitely get what you pay for. The staff at the hostel through the alley is awesome. I am just bitter because I got screwed over with my 10% down payment. Make sure to subtract the down payment from the total because they do not have computers and will ask you to pay the full price.... more

I traveled to more than 40 countries and mostly stayed in backpackers. This hostel was very very noisy. There is no place to hang out in the hostel, its a stairway and rooms, nothing more.

Fine if you're looking for the most basic of hostels. Stretch your cash a little further and stay in their twin hostel - Riad Rhabt - and you will have somewhere to feel at home come the end of your day. The locations are are both well positioned in the Medina.

Don't bother with this place. You can find lots of cheaper places, and there isn,t much of a backpackers atmosphere. My room couldn't lock and had no lockers usually no one was at the door to see who came in and out, only had one bottom sheet and i had to ask to get that.
