This was the nicest place we've stayed during our travels. The staff were amazing, and the owners made it feel like home. We enjoyed a great breakfast on the roof top patio, and the riad was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Was a wonderful experience!

Thank you!close

We were looked after extremely well by Andre and his staff---Fattah & Zahira, (and Andre speaks good English as well as French and Italian/Spanish etc. Riad Soumia is a delightful Riad, full of character---a most beautiful authentic restoration with fantastic levels of craftmanship. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful----a real oasis in the heart of the bustling Medina. Bed very comfortable, always plenty hot water, very clean, excellent food etc. Views from the pleasant terrace were far reaching though the Atlas mountains were hazy. Our bedroom was smallish though very comfortable but was much cheaper---the other bedrooms looked quite exotic. We reckoned we had good value for money and we certainly hope to return. And our slight anxiety about staying in the centre of the Medina was totally unfounded--we felt perfectly safe and never ever felt threatened in any way. 5 stars (out of 5!!)close

It's run by a very welcoming and helpful French couple, omnipresent and flexible and willing to recommend ways to get around, places to visit, trustworthy drivers, etc. A valuable resource with all that's proposed in Morocco. Other pluses; it's situated in a calm alley, away from noise and boutiques.close

A stunning riad in a very good location. Helpful friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast. The best we've stayed in so far on numerous trips to Marrakech.
