    If they are looking to eat good codido madrileño, I recommend go to Las Cuevas de Luis Candelas, right beside the Plaza mayor (Street C/ Cuchilleros 1). A meat lover's haven! Specialities include roast suckling pig, black pudding, red sausages and stew!
