Also being on the first floors was quite noisy with people out partying all hours. Light sleepers be warned. Apart from this the location was excellent and in easy walking distance to great tapas bars, shops and importantly the metro.close

the staff was not very helpful and very rude when i got there. And bathroom toilet wasnt clean when i got in the room and the white comforter in the room had stains on it that you could see. This hotel was written up as one of the cleanest places so it was disappointing to see that.

Excellent location right in the middle of the city centre, couldn't be closer to shops if you tried. A bit noisy but overall very good hotel.

The staff was rude and I would not attempt to stay there again. All they kept saying was that we were getting 4 star at 3 star prices. If I had wanted 4 star I would have booked it. The sheer time wasted getting around on the metro more than used up the extra we might have paid for a 4*hotel. It was completely inapropriate for two people who were not a couple as the bathroom was all glass and no privacy. I was very dissapointed in this place.close

For those who like silence, in the summer, it's a little bit noisy. But with the windows closed, no problem !

They put us in another hotel (with upgrade) but left us to find the place for ourselves. Then instead of the twin beds requested, they gave us a double bed. Their offer of a free breakfast came a little bit late at noon on the day we were leaving. The room was excellent but the service in both hotels was rather poor.close
