First floor is noisy. Staff talk loud in the morning. But its a great place.

Very modern design, very good value family room provided, would stay again. The high tech shower leaked though !

Before our stay at the petie palace arenal, we had stayed at their affiliated hotel, porte de sol, only the week before. We were spending another night a few days later in madrid and had such a good experience at porte de sol that we re/booked not realising that we had booked at another hotel. On... more Before our stay at the petie palace arenal, we had stayed at their affiliated hotel, porte de sol, only the week before. We were spending another night a few days later in madrid and had such a good experience at porte de sol that we re/booked not realising that we had booked at another hotel. On our arrival at the holtel arenal, we were told that they had no reservation in our name, and would not accept our booking reference number until they granted me access to their online computer to show them the email. After registering our booking, very abruptly, we were given a room that was not completley set up for us, 2 intead of 3 beds, and found that were stained sheets on one of the beds. Understandibly this was an unfortunate incident, and i hope an issolated one, but for a hundred euro a night, we had hoped for a little more.close
