Made reservations months ago, confirmed by Hostelworld before our departure. Scheduled for 21:00 arrival, flight was delayed I called hotel at 16:00 with arrival of 23:00. The hotel said no problem. Upon arrival they said there was a computer glitch and they had no room but would put us up at Petit Arenal. They had someone help walk our luggage down the street. Hotel staff was not helpful with arrangements to the airport, movies or anything else. Found AeroCity will take you to & from airport.close

I actually stayed just down the road at the High Tec Hotel, which is owned by the same company. Apparently there was a problem with the Petit Palace Hotel when I arrived, so they put me in a room down the road. Apparently there was a problem with the Petit Palace Hotel when I arrived, so they put me in a room down the road. The Internet was down in the hotel, which was frustrating and a long wait for the communal computers at the other hotel. For a single traveler it was just too expensive when there are other equally good options in the area. I would probably not stay there again because of the price.close

The shower/Toilet was seperated from the rest of the room by a GLASS DOOR so you could see people when they were on the toilet or in the shower- very poor. The staff were ok, but looked like they couldnt be bothered. The phone lines went down and no-one offered any help and couldnt be bothered to...

This was an excellent hotel in a very good location-walkable to many places of interest, and a good location for shopping and nightlife. The rooms were clean and good value for money. The staff were very helpful. Fantastic showers!!
