Also so of the directions on how to get to places such as Toledo were out dated and so we had to find our own way.close

There's no common room, and you have no access to the hostel between 11am and 2pm. This is an issue when leaving one hostel at their check out time, only to arrive at a locked door. The breakfast was disappointing. And they could use more bathrooms. But that is probably out of their control....

Hidden costs added up. Also the staff kick you out from 11am - 2pm everyday. There was also an alcohol ban which wasn't mentioned anywhere before arrival and the breakfast provided was poor with food running out early. Overall the hostel only had location going for it, everything else was mediocre.close

While the hostel was small it served its purspose being close to everything with friendly helpful staff. No common room and noise from the main road would be the only downside.

I would NEVER recommend this hostel. Besides for the obligatory break during the day, the lack of necessary bathrooms, pitiful breakfast, no common room, and no internet, the staff was EXTREMLEY rude and blunt. I left a day early w/o a refund because I was so disappointed. Rated best hostel?...

Staff are rude (except for the woman) and seem to resent anyone for coming to their hostel.

When they say that there´s a lockout, it means that absolutely nobody is there, so be wary of arriving in the city in the middle of the day. There´s also only two bathrooms for about 40-50 people, but the location is great.

Great location and great views over the city, metro very close by. However found the staff to be quite rude considering you're a guest there, rooms were quite small and with no lockers.

Pros: good location, very clean. Cons: few bathrooms, very small kitchen, poor breakfast, noisy at night because of the busy street, no PCs (but wifi), no places where sit and relax.
