the location is very good.they have security cameras so the security is very good also.i stayed 2 nights and i shared the bathroom and the hostel was very clean..also they organize free city tour so it was very good..

This hostel was great! There were 2 computers in the lobby with free internet access plus free wireless if you brought your laptop. They came and made our bed every day. My group reserved a double room and a quad room. Both had private bathrooms and we werent even expecting that. Great location....

We stayed at the hostel for 1 week and we're allowed to use the kitchen so the info on the site is incorrect!! You don't have to stay there at least for 2 weeks so enjoy your cooking!

The hostel is nice and is clean. The people running the hostel were not very helpful with my questions, but the hostel was in a great location, close to the metro and plaza mayor and puerta de sol.

Staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Tried to charge us more than that stated in our confirmation email and pre-emptively charged my credit card because we checked in a few hours later than the start of the check in time. Also, only given 1 key per room, which was very inconvenient.

Eso hizo pésima nuestra estadía. The staff were not very friendly and they made it very hard for us to use the kitchen. They also locked the showers at 10pm and had no fans or airconditioning in the rooms.

Location was okay, but hostel was a dump! Very dirty and the beds were rock hard! We couldn't get past how dirty eveything was! And noisy! Walls are paper thin and people are suppose to be quite after midnight nobody is so don't expect to sleep at all! We only stayed for one night. But that night was all around very ok. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful. So really a nice place to stay for a few nights!

The hostel isnt very far from the center of town, but down a small dark alley. They have wood floors which are extremely squeaky and the noises of the road are completely audible from inside the room. The showers and rooms were clean. We wanted to lock up our luggage during the day but they only had one key for the three lockers in the room and that key didnt even work. The reception desk is 3 floors up (4th floor). They have rooms starting 2 floors up and that really confused us.close

went into this hostel on the day i had it booked for and no one was there to greet me, waited ages and in the end had to get another hostel, a total joke and a nightmare to find, not even a hostel, just a few smal rooms upstairs. never again.

Our stay was great. You can't beat the location, and the hostel has free activities every day: a walking tour of Madrid, a pub crawl, etc. Clean and friendly, and with comfortable beds. Definitely recommend.

We signed up for a two-person room but when we showed up they gave us 4 beds for the same price - lots of space for us! Also, the entryway and stairs are simply gorgeous. really wel located. Clean rooms and bathroom. Can be very noisy at night (depends on the people who are there) but the staff does not hesitate to call to order and silence. I did appreciate.

connected well to most sights - quite a walk from the main station for us atleast even though they say it is 10minutes away. Actually directions in the form of a map will help find the place easily. we found it difficult to reach the place

We researvated 2nights, but they gave us the room which was different hostel we researvated. And second day, we changed toe room again. In this process, they are not kind although it was their fault. They let out us with only one small paper written the address of hostel we should go at night.

We had a view to the inner courtyard, and therefore had no probnlem with noise.The bathroom was big an spacious with marble tiling and a nice and clean bathtub.I really recommend this hosel to others:)close

Very good hostel, nice and clean rooms and bathrooms, excellent localization, only a few steps from Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. Except for the fact that they won't let you use the kitchen, it was a very good stay in Madrid. Loved the city, food, people, everything...

Nice and clean hostel with good location in between the inner city and Atocha railway station (about 15 min to walk). Staff was not too friendly, but OK. Internet could not be used at night. Room is cleaned every day. Recommendation for everybody

It's just an old and very loud house. The staff was unfriedly and these "kitchen facilities" are just an old microwave and a fridge. Only the good location in the center of Madrid and the price is a positive fact.
