This hostel is quite good they are very kind and helpful anyway, i can't use wifi inside room, that's i need to use their pc in lobby by the way, this hostel is good as you can sleep very well at night due to the slient

L'atmosphere est calme. Quand vous entrez dans la bâtiment, c'est comme si vous êtes dans un appartment privé. Je croix que c'est mieux de ne prendre pas le chambre de 3 lits, parce que c'est la chambre à côté de la reception--trop bruyant. Situé en centre-ville +++

Clean and has charm but not the type of hostel to go out and have fun - very mom and pop watch over you type of place. And watch out the staff do not speak english (although this I hear is common for Madrid).

The floors were noisy and when people would come up late at night would have to ring the bell, which was annoying. That might not be as much of an issue for other rooms, but we were right by the door/office area. Bathrooms were nice and new, always clean. I wanted to come back to visit some friends and he kicked me out. Bring earplugs as Gran Bia at night is VERY loud. Other than that Tony and Louise are the nicest people and I have never felt so safe travelling before. Thank you Much Madrid I will definately be back!

This hostel was great, and in a great location -- right on Gran Via. However, if you want quiet and sleep, you may want to go elsewhere in town; this place is right in the middle of the life of the city... well into the night.
