staff were helpful and friendly but you had to pay for everything and even though rules are useful- I did feel that it was a bit unrelaxed due to a high amount of them.

In the middle of everything - close to sights, shopping, metro. Noisy if you have a room facing the street. Inexpensive internet access. Lockers. Nightly events. Decent choice for a place to stay if you are going to be out often and want to be in the middle of things.

A fantastic Kitchen! Wish the common room was open till later,and that the internet was free (it wasn't). Comfortable beds and spacious big dorm.

Staff was not very friendly although the loction is good it was very noisy and very difficult to fall asleep in the night. Take ear plugs.

This hostel is a bit odd in that you donot have a key to lock your room so your room is unlocked all the time. There are good lockers in each room though.

great gelato place downstairs. some of the staff were really nice thou we got an ear bashing off one guy for sitting on an unmade bed... tad strange. the kitchen was mostly clean, thou the stove didn't work fantastically. good place to stay with other people and we had a great time. recomend it...

It was a nice and clean hostel. We enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The location is very good!! You can do almost everything by walking from this point.

Just a nice clean and quiet place to stay... it has the potential to be much more, but i will also say that I enjoyed myself just fine while I was here. Hostel was good value and in a good location. Was disappointing to find that the bottom sheets on the beds aren't changed, would recommend using an additional sheet of your own if you stay.

Lovely hostel in the centre of madrid. The staff wasn't that friendly this time. Very nice common rooms, so you can meet other travelers. Too bad that our bed was overbooked. But it's a great place if you want a safe place to crash in the city centre.

hostel was fine, but soo hot at night and no fans or air conditioning! of the two los amigos hostels this one was probably marginally better cos they had a common room. staff were great.

the common room is the kitchen. the breakfast is a piece of bread and the staff no nothing about spain, they also have some very strange rules that can totlaly mess up your trip. fine for just a bed though.
