good location but impossible to sleep past 8 or 9 because the staff would gather in the hallways and talk very loudly all morning and the hostel is not sound proof at all. it made it difficult when going out long nights and was very frustrating. other than that, nice rooms and clean bathrooms

The shared bathrooms are very clean. Good location. If you are looking for meeting or social areas with other people, this is not the right hostel for you. Don't get a room with a window, you can hear EVERYTHING outside.

Man at desk was very helpful. Front door lock need replacing as it is hard to open.

there were bed bugs, and 2 days afterwards we are still scratching and swollen - very very inconvenient for when you are travelling long hours and distances. did let the hostel owner know.

It is a very good located place. The only difficulty is the room which is too small (fortunately there were silent people there and with not too many bags) and the key downstairs which is not working well.

Was only boring because I was by myself. Good place to stay if you are only staying for one night. All the people I shared the room with were respectful and quiet. I would recommend this hostel.

The hostal was ok but the greatest disadvantage of it was that there was no kitchen, no internet connection, no common room what made the stay quite boring because there was actually no oportunity to meet people from other rooms, to make party to have some fun as it is normal in other hostels.

i thought this hostel was dirty, unsafe and the staff where rude. i arrived to find a room with beds all pushed up against each other, made with dirty linen. There where also older people asleep in the beds in the middle of the day. I did not stay there, i payed for one night and left as soon as...

Cheap and clean hostal, coffee machine, safe in room (one euro fee for using it) bathtubes could be newer and light bulbs could be replaced, but hey, it costs only 18 euros a night,so you have to cope with such things. Overall review: good hostal for the ones who don't want to spend much money

The hostel is located in the center, but on one of the noisiest streets. There are some prostitutes on this street and sex shops. The advantage is that it is on the walking distance to the sightseeings. The staff is not friendly. I´m sorry to said that, this´s hostal very dirty,hair everywhere, you can tell some hair on bed is not from head... and can´t take shower after 12am.and also if you pay by card will change you more.I stay there just for one night, find other place to move.Ít´s a wrose`place on my tirp so...

The Hostel is at 2 minutes from the Gran Via, it's very good located but this is the only positive note. There isn't a room to talk with other guy , there isn't a kitchen and the bathroom is old and dirty.

When I booked it said there were towels to rent, but when I asked for them, the guy sort of laughed and said "no". Other than that, it was aight.

The location here was the best thing obout this joint, we arrived ther and went up with another bloke we met at the door, he let us in then the owner went off his tits at us cos we didnt ring the door bell... ahh didims, get over it. the owner was scary!

Although there are many SEX SHOP near the hostal, it is safe to live in there. The staffs are friendly. The location is very good, just 3 mins to the metro station and near to the attractions. The only bad thing is that there are NO air conditioner....you know the day I was in Madrid was around...

This was a suprising one, its down a dodgy street and there is no common room, but it was nice, clean and the owner was a kind guy. Not my first choice but not that bad.
