El Hostel está tremendamente sucio, matas de pelos y polvo rondan por las habitaciones y pasillo, y los baños hace tiempo que no se tropiezan con una bayeta, fregona o cualquier otro utensilio de limpieza.

He tenido una estadía estupenda en Bull's Hostel, lo mejor es el clima que se vive alli dentro, tan cómodo que me sent{i como en casa, tiene muchos puntos a favor, como la ubicación y el staff quienes hacen q la estancia aqui sea maravillosa y acogedora!! 100% Recomendable!!

Very good hostel, more like a house than a hostel. The staff is very friendly and I had a very good time there. The bathroom is huge and very clean and the location cannot be better... Only problem: Bed bugs...

The perfect place, super clean, very good localizacion.The staff and owners make you feel at home. I recommend everyone come to this hostel.

Hostel was as expected, you get what you pay for, the owners and staff were very friendly and if you just want somewhere to get your head down then this does the job. I will agree that it is difficult to find and also once inside the building its a bit of a guessing game as to where to go. This is a surprisingly small hostel and we couldn't understand how it had ever become one of the top voted hostels on hostel world. we had money stolen out of our safe provided by the hostel. don't let the cheap price be an incentive and stay elsewhere.

no hot water and the staff person gave us bad info on which terminal Ryan Air uses in Madrid. Security lockers were pretty small, but ok, not large enough for a laptop. The location was good though.

It's a residential building, on which some of the apartments belong to the hostel. So, 1st of all, don't seat on the couch at the hall. We did, while waiting for the check in time to start, and this old guy who lives there sent us away, and treated us like garbage! But except for this, our stay at Bull's hostel was great, everything is very clean, the staff is excellent, Jorge and his wife were very nice at us! I chose it in order to wash some clothes, which turned out to be 10 euros per round. Did not wash clothes! Staff is nice

This hostel is really cool. It is true what people have said about bed bugs, but the staff dealt with it RIGHT AWAY. When breakfast is supplied by Enrique (he works most days) it is AWESOME!!! I strongly suggest Bull's Hostel and I'm a bit of a princess, so that's saying something.close

hard to find. there's no signs or anything. Best bet is to go by street numbers. or the black fence (hip height if that helps)

Unfortunately, while the owner is absent, staff doesnt work properly. No cleaning at all. Poor breakfast. However, when the owner was present, things became more reasonable. good location next to the metro!

Staff molto simpatico e gentile. L'ostello non è grande e comunque per il prezzo che si paga va anche bene. E' situato al centro... In definitiva lo consiglio, sempre sapendo che parlo di un hostel e che bisogna accontentarsi.... ;-)

If you like bugs of the crawling variety and the biting variety then this is the hostel for you. Also if you like having to get up to let people in because the only staff member goes out at 5am then this place would be great. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Should have gone to Cats.

I love that place, I mean if u are an easy going person It is the place for you. It is very easy to make friendship and the staff is so great. I had great time.

I really liked Bull's hostel!!!!!! It's not big and for that you feel comfortable at the place!! (it could be cleaner...) The localization is excellent!!! and the best part is the STAFF!! They are AWESOME!!! Greetings Henrique =) I met really nice people and had a GREAT time in Madrid!!

It's a small but cozy hostel. I met some nice people over there. The only problem is that they don't have lockers in the rooms (just that small safe lockers). Also, sometimes you have to wait to use the bathroom (cause there are only 2). But I recommend it, anyway.

Loved this place!!!! The people that ran it were fantastic and it really has the homely vibe that really makes you feel comfortable. Rules were almost a non issue and the showers were heavenly. will definately want to be returning one day.
