Much more like a hotel than a hostel. Difficult to meet people because it is so big. Nice facilities but a little too nice to be comfortable and chill. They do run Tapas tours and a free walking tour though which offer the opportunity to meet people.

Very nice hostel, new and clean. However, due to some of the rules (no drinking in rooms?!?) and for some unknown reason to me, it seemed like nobody hung out. Either way, a good stay for the money but I'd look elsewhere if you want to meet new people and party.

IT IS SITUATED ABOUT A 10MIN WALK FROM THE CITY CENTRE. EXTREMELY CLEAN PLACE. BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOMS ARE A GOOD SIZE WITH GREAT LOCKERS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THAT AS THE PLACE IS MASSIVE IT MAKES IT A LITTLE HARD TO MET PEOPLE, AND THERE IS ONLY A MICROWAVE...

This hostel was a great place to stay! It was very clean and had tons of fliers about things to do in Madrid. It even had organized going out events and as it was a Halloween, a Halloween party. The rooms are great and breakfast was nice too! Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to...

En tres meses de viaje por europa nunca me paso q me dijeran "No tengo NI un minuto para vos" - "ahora no puedo, veni mas tarde a preguntar". El Staff fue de lo peor q me toco. Pero el lugar estuvo muy bueno y comodo.

Well situated, very clean but it's more like an hotel than a youth hostel. But it enjoyed staying there.

This is probably the best hostel I've stayed in asides from the layout of the place being hard to meet people. It's very clean and well organised and a two minute walk from the metro.

Really important (and disappointing, as well): you cannot keep your baggage at the hostel during the day of your leaving!

Great Hostel, Huge and strangely run by the Madrid Government. It was super clean, had a very helpful staff and was located 2 blocks away from a metro stop on the main line. We took part in a all you can eat and drink dinner lead by hostel staff for only €15! Overall I would Highly recommend it.

good in all terms of serving as a hostel, but lacks in atmosphere. All the services are provided. Note, kitchen has no fridge, and only has a microwave. Also you are locked out of your room from 11am till 2pm which i personally hate. overall, comfortable and secure, but not fun.

Ok facilities but beware- there is ABSOLUTELY no luggage room and they do not let you leave your bag for the day so you have to carry it around. There is also a lockout from 11am-2pm. Most staff were rude and un-helpful, only a few were ok. Stay somewhere else to socialize and have a good time.

Very good hostel! Nice and helpful staff. Very clean. Fun activities during the nights. The only bad thing was that there were some "noisy" beds. One could not turn around without making a lot of noise.
