room cleaned every day, nice hostel people, nice and safe room.. a bit noisy because of Gran Via.. I will go again there.

This was a very cute hostal with loads of character. It's right in the centre of the city with only a few hundred metres to either of two metro stations. Well kept and clean, the staff were helpful, but they are only double or twin rooms, no common areas so not really a great place to meet others...

My stay was excellent and I had to cut it short only due to an injury. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Staff was most helpful.

A great little place. All english speaking staff; central but on the 8th floor so private; safe provided in room; clean and nice. Highly recommended

Books at the hallways are a good idea, as customers can just read them during their stay. Suggestion: put exhaust fans in the private bathrooms. Private rooms could have refrigerators.

This is a great place to stay. Even though it is on Gran Via it is still very quiet at night when you need to sleep. The Staff is very friendly. They don't speak too much english but there is one lady who does. Very cool little Hostal.

good staff - the young guy was really helpful + they found a room for us (we had to take 2 more nights) though the hostel was full. hostel is perfectly located - it's on Gran Via (the main street). rooms were clean but a little dark + no kitchen/breakfast. well, but in the main everything was ok....

I was a bit disappointed with the hostal. It was dark and a bit dreary and reeked of cigarette smoke. I will not stay there again.

It's like an apartment of someone who lives in the center. Great location, but you can't make any noise after 11pm. Otherwise it's not bad.

Very good value, great location for sightseeing, spotless, mini safe in room.Unfortunately no public phone and the walls are very thin so take ear plugs.try not to get in room 5 as that is in the lobby, you hear everything. The biggest strength of the place is the staff ( the family on charge). They were very nice and helpful. They gave us info of hotels in other cities, they kept our luggage while we went to other countries, etc.

Paperthin walls, but excellent location, big, clean rooms, clean bathroom. Very good value for money, would definitely go back there. If it was only for the elevator :D

The location is very good. The room is very clean, and it has Amenity goods. The orners cannot speak English. But their son can speak English very fluently.

We really liked the hostal. Although it's located on the Gran Via we didn't hear the noisy traffic because the hostal is on the 7th floor. Also very clean and friendly staff. We would recommend this hostal to friends.

We found the hostel surprisingly nice, very friendly staff and great location, cozy room with very comfortable bed, our only regret is not being able to stay there longer. We´ll surely be back.
