The location is superb which is closed to both the train station and the town center. The room was typitcal but nice and clean.

A good place to stay. Close to train station and in the center of the attraction. Room is a bit pack but look good and clean.

I dont know much about this hotel, because after booked and confirmed. Once my family reached there, they said because of error in booking they vacant my room to the other. then they kick us to other hostel without call taxi for us.

Very nice hotel and would definately recommend it as a place to stay. The restaurant attached is very nice too and you get a discount. We had a 3 bed room which was a little tight for space (we had large suitcases) but certainly livable. Though I booked the B&B, but got to know that the breakfast was not included into booking. Also we been offered a dormattery kind of room arrangement when opted for a two bed room (private). Hotel location is quite good in center place in Lucern.

It's expensive, but it's very nice! Good size room, clean, great location (close to everything), and we even had a fridge in our room. Highly recommended!

Wonderful...we reserved a 4 person room which they didn't have but instead gave us two doubles that were great. Location is perfect, an easy walk from train station. the location is quite good--next to Bally and the biggest (maybe)gift shop--casagrande, not far away is Bachmann a chocalate shop! cannot be more perfect~

Very good location. 10 min on foot from the main train station in the beginning of shopping area. There is small kitchen and safelocker in the room.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the breakfast was in the chinese restaurant that is under the hotel - and that was not really clean. Also, the entire hotel smells like chinese food.

the rooms were neat and clean. very close to the railway station. the receptionist didn't have much idea abt places arnd Luzern. but was very friendly!!!!

I have made calls to inform that i'll be late, but no one pickup the phone.Therefore when I came no one open the door as they didn't know that I will be late! What a frustrating experience. To make it even worse, it takes one month for them to reply my complaint email. Beds are made everyday and towels are changed regularly as well (hotel services for hostel prices.. not bad). There is another hotel named "Falken am XX " it is easy to confused, the bus driver of No 23,take us to that hotel at the bus stop name "Falken"

It was more of a hotel than a hostel. The staff was informative & the location was awesome, right in town. We had double sized bunk beds which was pretty cool for 2 people. They were also very clean and had a little kitchenette in the room but no utensils or equipment. Very nice for...

the location is perfect. But maybe u can give direction how to find your hotel more detail, so not make people confuse. because u just give "500m from main train station, and ..m from bus station" what is that? which direction? to the left or right or straight forward?
